Messy Church Week 1

"For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love." Galatians 5:13 (NLT) 

It doesn’t take a degree to change a life. Many of us believe that we are not qualified to serve in church. Everyone is called to serve God regardless of your background, your education or how much money you have in your bank account.  

Serving isn’t about how much I can do, what I do, or how perfect I need to be to do it. It’s about our relationship with God and leading others to Him.

Declaration prayer: Father, I thank You that You are always there. I pray that I will be reminded continuously that through the power of Your Word, I am well-equipped for this journey You have prepared for me. No matter what comes my way, may I stand on Your promises. in Jesus'. Amen.
