WHO IS PASTOR CALLIE?
Pastor Callie Martin serves as the Senior Pastor of Sweetwaters Church, leading with a deep passion for people, discipleship, and community transformation. Since entering ministry in 2009, Pastor Callie has devoted his life to raising the next generation and building spaces where people can encounter Jesus in a real and life-changing way. His ministry journey began in youth leadership and has continued to grow through years of faithful service, spiritual development, and a heart for outreach.
After joining Sweetwaters Church in 2013 alongside his wife Roxanne, Pastor Callie quickly became a key part of the church family, serving in Youth Ministry, church leadership, and theological training through Hebron Theological College and Full Gospel Bible College. He later led the launch of the innovative “Church in the Mall” campus in 2018, helping extend the reach of the church into the community in fresh and impactful ways. Officially appointed Senior Pastor in 2022, Pastor Callie continues to lead with vision, authenticity, and a passion to see lives transformed by the Gospel. Together, Callie and Roxanne serve faithfully as a team, bringing grounded, people-focused leadership to every area of church life.

WHO IS PASTOR BERT?
Pastor Bert Pretorius, alongside his wife Charné, are the founding pastors of 3C Church — a dynamic, multi-site church impacting thousands of lives across South Africa and beyond. Known for their passion for revival, discipleship, and community transformation, Pastors Bert and Charné have dedicated their lives to building a church that reflects the heart of Jesus through faith, compassion, and action. Together they are blessed with six children and several grandchildren, and continue to serve with a deep love for people and the Kingdom of God.
Beyond the local church, Pastor Bert is widely recognised for his leadership and influence across South Africa through humanitarian work, nation-building initiatives, and faith-based collaboration. He is the founder of the Mahlasedi Foundation, which has led large-scale community upliftment and disaster relief projects, impacting hundreds of thousands of families nationwide. Pastor Bert also serves in numerous leadership roles within national and international Christian organisations, carrying a strong passion to see lives restored, leaders empowered, and communities transformed through the power of the Gospel.

WHO IS PASTOR KWANELE?
Pastor Kwanele Ngcobo is the founding Senior Pastor of Oneway Church, a growing ministry with campuses in Westville, Dassenhoek, KwaMashu, and at the Durban University of Technology. Born and raised in KwaNdengezi, Durban, as the youngest of ten children, Pastor Kwanele carries a deep passion for seeing lives transformed through the Gospel, souls won for Christ, and disciples raised to impact every sphere of society. Known for his prophetic voice and heart for people, he has become a respected leader and pioneer within the Body of Christ both locally and beyond.
With a background in electrical engineering and theological studies through ICBM, Pastor Kwanele has spent the past decade faithfully leading and growing Oneway Church through strong discipleship and leadership development. He also serves as the KwaZulu-Natal coordinator for the G12 discipleship movement, providing oversight and support to numerous churches across the province. In addition, he is the chairperson of the Westville Churches Fraternal and serves on the board of Durban Bible College, helping equip and empower future ministry leaders. Above every title and position, Pastor Kwanele is known for his humility, authenticity, and ability to connect with people from every background and walk of life.
